Good features, slow support

I bought the Dokan Professional Plan during their anniversary sale. Setup was mostly straightforward, and the Dokan Elementor Integration made customizing the vendor stores easy enough. The number of features you get is impressive for the price, especially with the discount. My only real issue was with customer support; it took almost 48 hours to get a response about a small compatibility question I had. The overall value is good, but faster support would make it perfect.

Consistent performance, useful add-on

This isn't my first purchase from Dokan. I've been using Dokan Pro for a while now and decided to add the Dokan Product Duplicator. Just like my previous experience with the main plugin, the add-on integrated smoothly. It works as expected, saving me a good amount of time when adding similar products. It's that reliable performance that keeps me coming back. Glad to see the quality is consistent.

Dokan Business Plan purchase

I recently purchased the Dokan Business Plan for a new marketplace project. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, I found the plan details clear, and checkout was smooth. Delivery, or rather, license activation, was instant, which was great as I could start setting things up right away. I did have a small question about the Dokan Geolocation module and used their support ticket system. They responded within a day, which was acceptable, though I've had faster responses from other providers. The plugin itself is quite robust, the dashboard is intuitive for vendors, and the integration with WooCommerce worked almost perfectly. My only minor issue was figuring out the initial setup for Dokan Stripe Connect, it took a bit of digging in the documentation to get it right. Overall, a solid product that delivers on its promises.

Works as advertised

Got the Dokan Pro plugin. Downloaded it, installed it, and it worked with WooCommerce. Pretty simple process. No complaints.

Reliable for marketplace building

This was my third purchase from Dokan, upgrading to the Business Plan this time. I've been using their plugins for a few years now, starting with Dokan Lite. The transition from my previous plan was smooth, just like my last upgrade. Everything is consistent; the documentation is always helpful, and the Dokan Vendor Analytics continue to be a solid feature for my vendors. They're a reliable choice if you're serious about a multivendor setup.

Great value on the business plan

I was looking for a robust solution to build my online marketplace and found Dokan. I got the Dokan Business Plan during their anniversary sale, which was a pretty good deal. The features included for the price felt like solid value compared to other options I checked out. It had everything I needed to get started without having to buy a bunch of separate add-ons right away. Setup was straightforward enough for someone not super techy, definitely worth the investment for a first-time user like me.

Reliable choice for marketplaces

This isn't my first time with Dokan. I've used their Professional Plan on a previous site, and this time I upgraded to the Enterprise Plan for a larger project. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. The core plugin feels familiar and reliable, just like before. I noticed the Dokan Vendor Staff Manager module got some nice updates, which was a pleasant surprise. Support has always been helpful if a bit slow sometimes. It's a dependable platform for building a marketplace, I haven't found a better alternative that offers this level of features and stability. The renewal process was simple too.

Good plugin, checkout was slow

I bought the Dokan Professional Plan recently. The plugin itself is pretty solid and does what it says, making a marketplace on WordPress easier. Installation went okay. But the checkout process felt a bit clunky, it took longer than I expected to confirm everything. Delivery was instant since it's a digital product, which was good. Support was responsive when I had a small question about the setup. Overall, it's a decent product, but they could streamline the purchase flow a bit.
